“The Highway to Heaven is hidden in humility;

the path to punishment is paved with pride.”

I coined this phrase many years ago as part of an extended study of the Gospels. You see, you have to humble yourself before the Lord to really understand Him. Most people are unwilling to do this. That proud response costs them a true understanding of what the Bible says about the Way to Heaven.
